On this date in 1992, the Universal House of Justice wrote "It is the ardent hope of the Universal House of Justice that the spirit of the Holy Year and the effect of obedience to the Law of Huqúqu’lláh will produce a quickening of the believers’ awareness of the sacred character of the funds of the Faith and of the essential part they play in carrying out the purpose of Bahá’u’lláh’s Revelation."
