On this date in 1996, Ahang Rabbani wrote the Universal House of Justice asking permission to translate Aqa Husayn Ashchi's narrative from Persian into English "as a token of my fidelity to the memory of the beloved Guardian who intended to have this narrative published." Ahang Rabbani's request was denied.
