November 13. On this date in 1941, Shoghi Effendi cabled the NSA of Australia and New Zealand "RUHI AFNANS SISTER MARRIED COVENANT BREAKER HER FAMILY SUPPORT HER ACTION EXCOMMUNICATION UNAVOIDABLE." The sister referred to here is Soraya Afnan who married Faizy Afnan, the third son of Forough Khanum (the daughter of Baha’u’llah) and Sayid Ali Afnan.
